In collaboration with MIMC, and driven by a mutual passion for sustainability, we achieved the Estidama 2 Pearl Rating, underscoring our commitment to environmental excellence. This project is a testament to weaving sustainability deep into its design blueprint.

Key Sustainable Features:

1. Envelop Design: Prioritized best-in-class envelope design for optimal thermal insulation, resulting in significant energy savings and enhanced U-values.
2. Water Conservation: Advanced water-saving fixtures and systems were installed, leading to a marked reduction in water consumption.
